With 29 downhill ski and snowboard runs, a terrain park, and over 30km of peaceful cross country ski trails, the choice is yours how you’d like to spend your day at Horseshoe Resort. While you’re there, why not even give snow tubing, fat biking, or snowshoeing a try!

ITINERARY:

8am - Pickup from downtown Toronto

Meet At Loblaws Parking Lot (Just south of Dundas West Subway Station) - 2280 Dundas Street West

Directions: Get off at Dundas West Subway station and walk south on Dundas West. In about a block, you’ll see an LCBO and Loblaws grocery store on the east side of the street. Look for the dark blue “Lake Fever” branded van in the parking lot.

9:30am - Welcome Barrie’s Horseshoe Valley, where our tour bus parks for the day at Horseshoe Resort. Together, we’ll buy our day passes for skiing, and head over to the equipment rental buiding to suit up.

12pm - Bring some food or hit up a cafe, you’re on your own for lunch

6pm - While not mandatory, the group is encouraged to meet back up at the lodge for a friendly dinner and drink at Crazy Horse Sports Bar & Grill. Drop by and get to know your group a little better before your last few runs out on the slopes.

9pm - Make sure to have your ski/snowboard equipment returned by this point, so that our group can promptly leave for home at 9pm.

10:30pm - We return to the pick-up point in Toronto to say our goodbyes.
